| If 4N-Cleaner is made of pure water, how come it can remove oil? |
| There are four major mechanisms for 4N-Cleaner to degrease and remove oil. ■ Emulsification: It is to breakdown the dirt or fat globules into smaller particles. Thus, dirt or fat easily comes off the objects. ■ Saponification: It is the decomposition of the grease and oil, the working mechanism is similar to surfactants. ■ Osmosis: 4N-Cleaner consists of smaller cluster of water molecules, it is easier to penetrate into tiny gap of objects. ■ Desorption: Dirt adhering to the object is negatively ionized, and is repulsively detached from the object which is also negatively charged. |
| If 4N-Cleaner is made of pure water, why it can eliminate bacteria and viruses? |
| Bacteria and microorganisms can easily live and reproduce in the pH4 to pH10 environment. Since 4N-Cleaner is strong alkaline water (pH above 12.5), the bacteria and microorganisms can not survive in such environment. Moreover, the negative ions in the water will physically damage the bacterial cell and thus kill the bacteria. |

| 4N-Cleaner is made of pure water and does not contain harmful chemicals. To prove its safety, we have done many third party tests including skin irritation test, eye irritation test, oral toxicity test. |
| How come 4N-Cleaner doesn't create bubbles? |
| 4N-Cleaner is made of pure water which contains no surfactants and other harmful chemicals, and as such it does not create bubbles. Since most cleaners and detergents contain considerable amount of surfactants and harmful chemicals, they create a lot of bubbles. This makes people believe more bubbles is better. However, it's not the truth. There are already some low or no foam cleaners available in the market. |
